Every item at Riviera Finds is individually selected and unique. As our collection ranges from delicate ceramics to larger furniture and decorative pieces, shipping costs vary according to the size, weight, fragility and destination of each item.
Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm the most appropriate shipping method and provide the shipping cost before dispatch.
If you would like a shipping estimate before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Collection
Collection by appointment is available for customers who prefer to collect their purchases in person.
Packaging
Every item is carefully packaged to provide the best possible protection during transit. Fragile items are packed using appropriate protective materials to minimise the risk of damage.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service selected. We will advise you of the estimated delivery time once shipping arrangements have been agreed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase.
As many of our items are vintage, antique or pre-owned, signs of age and character should be expected and are considered part of their unique appeal. Any significant wear, imperfections or restoration will be described in the product listing and shown in the photographs wherever possible.
If your item arrives damaged or differs significantly from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please contact us before returning it so that we can discuss the available options.
